The revolutionary design of Wheel
Neat is fully adjustable to fit all
rims sized from 13" to 24"inches. This
is 100% effective in preventing
overspray on any type of wheel, wire
or mag, while applying tire dressing.
Finger holes have been integrated into
the design to allow the Wheel Neat to
